Cannot log onto Nokia account.

I'm on WP10TP and i can't log onto my Nokia account

"Nokia Account will be discontinued on 24 April 2015. In its place, you can now create a Microsoft Account at http://login.live.com. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." showed up when i tried to create a Nokia account. It may be the reason.

I have linked my Microsoft account to it I just cant log in. Screen goes black.
