cannot open media content [Lumia 920]

won't let me send pics or open any media content on my lumia920 whats up????????????????

Hi and welcome to Windows Central.

Are you using a device that is branded to the carrier that you have, or is it an unlocked device that you are using with a different carrier? Have you checked the MMS APN to see if it is correct for your carrier?
