Cannot post with SP3 on the most recent Windows 10 build using IE

This problem started recently. I can get a title, but it refuses to even let me type anything in the message. I can't even get the keyboard to come up.

​Edit1: I can edit posts, though. Must be an issue with 'new thread'.
