Cannot receive MMS

I've recently noticed that whilst I am able to send MMS, I cannot receive them. Checked with my service provider and according to them, everything appears to be in order with my line.
Can this be related to the 8.1 update?

I have a 1020-- I don't have the 8.1 update yet, I hope it doesn't get to be an issue.

I'm on at&t with a Lumia 1020 & I had to add back in my apn settings for MMS under Settings > Cellular + Sim > Sim > edit MMS APN. After I did that my mms's have been working ever since. This is what I used (only included fields which need text typed into them):
APN: pta
WAP gateway (URL): proxy.mobile.att.net
WAP gateway port: 80
MMSC (URL) http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
MMSC port: 80

Note this is after I upgraded to 8.1.

Tried everything, in the end my service provider replaced my sim card, and that did the trick.

Totally worked thanks for the suggestion,I had assumed that those fields were filled the whole time
