Steps: 1) Wi-fi connection works. 2) Exchange account set. 3) Phone launches synchronization, but fails. 4) Now, wi-fi (and bluetooth) is "disabled by company policy". 5) If I delete the account, wi-fi and bluetooth works OK.
So it seems with new Windows Phone some previously unsupported security feature prevents me from synchronization with Exchange. I would refer to some Exchange forum, but the issue emerged with new phone, so I start here. It used to work with previous Lumia 925 and previous release of Windows Phone 8.1.
