Cannot turn off call forwarding when dialling ##02#.

When I try to turn call forwarding, it says, something happened and we can't perform that operation, on the screen. Any help. I'm on the 3 network.

Have you tried it from settings? Open dialer, press 3 dots, there settings. There you should have an menu for it.
