Cannot upgrade back to WP10TP

Ok here is my dilemma.
Had WP10TP on my phone two days ago using the insider app.
Downgraded back to Windows Phone 8.1 update 1 -- using preview for devs as the lack of log in support in some apps were annoying the heck out of me.
Found out today that there was a WP10TP update so naturally I wanted to put it back on my phone.
Downloaded the insider app again.
Chose fast and downloaded the insider config update.
Checked for the main update.
Came back that my windows was up to date.

Troubleshooting steps:
Done Lumia recovery tool.
Fresh install (no back up no restore)
Downloaded preview for devs
Done necessary updates.
Downloaded insider app
Chose fast and device configured
Updated installed insider config update
Checked for updates again and came back your phone is up to date.

Still have no WP10TP

Welcome to Windows Central! I'm sorry to announce, but as stated on the main page about an hour ago, Windows 10 was removed for the Lumia 520, 525, and 526's. No eta when they'll be back, enjoy Windows Phone 8.1 for a bit longer while the bugs in Windows 10 get ironed out.

I only just found out in actually enraged about this, I have over ten if not 15 years of tech experience and its those without tech experience installing the previews or insider updates then they either pull out the usb too soon when using the Lumia recovery tool and causing a brick or not letting enough charge over 25% in the battery.
Because of this I cannot download WP10TP and it just ticked me off!! I've upgraded and downgraded over 100 times on this phone Lumia 520 using the recovery tool and or about---reset phone section and not a single problem. Sorry for my rant I honestly am I just feel like us genuine developers/IT technicians who have Lumia 520s are missing out because of improper use of the Lumia recovery tool.

So peeved so sorry to you and everyone for my rant. Just hate it when people who can and should be able to get early access cannot because of a few people. I've no choice now I have to stay on 8.1. Rant over

Can and should are two different perspectives, but for the problem, we don't know what Microsoft found out that was so dangerous that they removed the 52x series from this batch, hopefully they fill us in, but I doubt it. :/

I had WP10TP for a month and a half on my Lumia 1020, and I finally gave up, I went back to WP8.1
The latest WP10TP update was so bad that even my home screen would not come up most of the times, my phone was in a crippled state for a long time.
Now that I am on WP8.1 again it even feels like the best OS in the world. lol.
