BUG : When i try to connect my phone to my PC, it mounts and unmounts recursively and continuesly. It charges and the Phone Icon keeps blinking, i cant click and open, my windows phone in "my Computer"

which phone do you have ? do you have password ? If so try to unlock your phone by entering the password and see if you are able to view your phone in windows explorer.

I recently had this with my 920, but it turned out to be a usb problem with the pc (other devices did it as well). The symptoms though were we exactly as you described.
