Can't access the root menu thru diagnosis...

help anyone....why can't i access the root menu thru the diagnosis? ...any help is appreciated! tnx

it happens on certain versions of the diagnosis app, nothing to be alarmed

you can also reach the root menu doing this:

• enter diagnostics
• go to "integrity control" by typing *#2580#
• push four times the "back" key -that's it, the key that says "back" on it, not the phone's own back key- in order to reach the main menu of test mode
