Cant add card to Wallet 2.0

I have a bank of America debit card that I'm trying to add to the wallet and every time I get through adding the card it asks me to remove and then add my pin. After I do that it just takes me back to the beginning screen. Anyone else have this issue? Lumia 950XL DS on build 14376
