Can't buy any apps

I'm not certain that this belongs in this forum but........

I have an unlocked AT&T 1020 that I am using in Australia on the Telstra network.

I just went to purchase the (0.99) app for WPCentral but I can't add a payment method of either PayPal or credit card because I can't select and Australian State or type in an Australian postcode (zip code). It looks as though I'm stuck with only free apps (with all the obnoxious advertising).

Unless, of course, someone can tell me how to flash my 1020 back to a completely unbranded 1020.

Log onto your Account.live.com via a PC and input your credit card info, should work that way. Then sync up your wallet.

Change the region to au..im assuming your region is u.s..

Changing region worked well. I had also overcome the problem by purchasing on the 920 then when I tried to purchase on the 1020 it said I had already purchased it and would I like to install again!! -
