Can't buy stuff!

After installing the dev preview on m my 920 in the UK, I can't buy apps from the store.
The phone thinks I am in the USA so my cards don't show up as a payment option and I can't get Pay Pal (UK) to work with it.
Anyone know a way around this? I can't lose Cortana by going back!

Edit:
Just tried it via the online Windows Phone Store, and it says I can't buy the app in my region. I go to the US version, and it wants me to add a payment option, so OK, I try the 'credit card' and 'Pay Pal' options and it wants a US address. Fine, I get a Microsoft store gift card instead, and it still wants a US address.
This is bloody madness!

Switch the region back to UK, reboot. buy the UK app, switch back to US, reboot.
Cortana should be back, the UK app should still work.

It's what I do for Dutch apps.
