Cant change name on emails?

My linked email accounts all say my name when I send an email. I don't want people knowing my name. I have another email that is not linked, and in that account in the settings, it allows me to change "My name" (which I leave blank) ... Why does my linked inbox not give me this option in the email settings? Things like this really upset me!!! Ahhhh

Just curious. Why do you not want someone you're sending an email to, to know your name?

Yeah, they know your email? It really depends a lot on the email account you are using. If you are using a gmail account, log into gmail and tell gmail your name is John Doe, etc.
