Cant connect to chat

i cant connect to IM just now
anyone experiencing the same?

i tried to disable battery saver and so on, still cant get it fixed.

If you're talking about Facebook chat in the Messaging hub, you usually have to deactivate and activate Battery saver at least two times, go back to chat, click the icon at the bottom to change to offline, then click online again (at least in my experience)
