Cant create kik account

Hi i cant create a kik account in my windows phone after i complete all steps it says : Error Registration Failoed:Unknown Error. What to do ? I have reinstalled around 3 times and nothing

One of the most common causes of not being able to create a Kik account is entering a birth date that would give a current age that is less than 13, according to their FAQ page.

Yes but there is no option about birth date...

I fixed it i got kik in my tablet which is android then i created acc and connected with windows phone delvice !

i downloaded kik on my mum android phone and made account from there, then i just loged in on kik on my windows phone and I solved my problem
