Can't download any app :(

hello all

i got my nokia lumia 610 today , everything is ok

but i got a probleme , i can't dawnload ANY ANY app

even 1mb dawnload takes 887878 days to dawnload , and when it reachs 50% it starts again from 0% -,-

internet explorer works great

ps : i use wi-fi

please help me , i really like this phone

Welcome!

If you just got the phone and aren't in too much fear of losing data or settings I think a hard reset might be in order.
Sometimes it's easier to start over.

btw : when i start dawnloading , even a file of 1mb , it starts normally from 0% to 23% , then it says Action required , press here , and it says that my internet is slow and need to resume it , when i do , it goes from 23% to 39% and it says it again , when it reachs 50% , it says it again , but with another error , and it restarts from 0 again -,-

please help , i really want to dawload apps :/

you should go for nokia service as you have warranty
