Cant download apps

Please help,whenever i try to download an app in Store,its just stuck at pending even tho i have a fully working Wifi connection,it can be stuck for 4-5 hours,nothing happens,please help !

Have you tried a soft reset?

Hold volume down and power at the same time and wait for phone to vibrate. This doesn't delete anything.

Have you just tried restarting your phone?

Lastly you can do a hard reset but it will delete your data.

Setting -> About -> Reset phone
