Can't download English(US) keyboard!

Hi I'm trying to download the English(US) keyboard but it won't let me, in keyboard settings under English US keyboard settings it says attention required and when I click on it, it says preparing download then just goes back to attention required, and ideas??

Is your WiFi stable?
Are you using a microSD card?

Yeah its stable, still not working after hard reset

Did you manage to resolve the issue? I've ran into this too today.

It is working now, it must have been a problem on Microsoft's end!!
