It's clearly some sort of bug. On my test 640 I had it, updated it. it was fine. working.

Saw your post. Uninstalled. can't reinstall. Same as above.

It's fine. It's a spare phone. I still have it installed on my daily driver.

Not sure about the xap. Will probably have to wait until Instagram sorts it out.
