Cant download USA english for keyboard!

I'm on build 10512 my region n language are usa and usa English respectively... Which i chose after resetting phone.. When I try to download it says "preparing download" then after few seconds"attention required".

Yes, that's a bug from the beginning of windows 10 mobile. Still not resolved. I have also the bug...
My assumption is, they just don't care about non-US insiders.

Iv ttried both usa English and uk English...couldn't download any of it.

You can try all keyboards. None will work.
The funny thing is, WMpoweruser reported that it finally work in this build, but it seems it is still broken.

What I did was going back to Windows Insider and choose Insider Fast. Then go back to phone update and update it. It works for me after that.

What I did was going back to Windows Insider and choose Insider Fast. Then go back to phone update and update it. It works for me after that.

You mean you could download language after that?

I am from Kerala and tried to download Malayalam phonetic keyboard. I tried everything- hard resetting, delete-reinstall-re enrol to insider fast and all. Didn't succeed... It says- "the text suggestion update for this keyboard didn't download successfully"

Yup that's a bug... Wait for next build or update.

No, i had US language pack, it was the US speech language and the US keyboard files, that i could not download. My phone is European and reverts back to french, (which i can't speak LoL), after a hard reset.
Only when i re-installed the insider app and logged back in, that i was able to get the US speech and thus enable Cortana.
