Can't get back out of pics

Once opened pic or in a game unable to hit back to leave or go back to gallery of pics, only option at the mo is turning phone off and on again, is anybody else having this issue?

did you try hitting the "home" button?

or if non of your nav buttons are showing, try swiping up from the bottom so they show.

I always just swipe up to show the keys and hit the back button. I haven't had any issues doing that. Hopefully that will help.
