Can't get new insider version on PC after fresh install

Hey guys, I am a long time reader but now it's time to ask a question I hope there some Windows gurus here to help me.

I am an Insider from the beginning and everything was working great until now.

I had to reinstall my PC from scratch. I logged in to Windows 10 with my outlook account and it is activated through "digital entitlement".

I went to settings and set up receiving Insider builds. I am on fast ring.
But somehow I am unable to get any build. I am still on version 1511.

What can I do? I waited 4 days nothing has happened.
