Can't get past 'Downloading application' from MS store

I just was able to download Denim to my ATT 830. As part of the update, it reset the phone. All the apps re-downloaded, but I've got two that won't download. Looking at the store downloads page, the are listed as 'Downloading applications', but they won't actually download. Any suggestions? I've tried restarting the phone, turning off wifi and using cell only, etc.

some apps just do this, no idea why. I have had the issue pre-denim as well.

sometimes, cancelling the download, resettinh the phone (hold power and vol up until it reboots) and redownloading works, sometimes it doesn't.
similar issue on my 920 as well
