Can't get this new keyboard to connect via Bluetooth

I picked up this new keyboard. It's a Woodstock brand. I can't seem to get it to connect to any of my devices via Bluetooth.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue.

Here is a picture of the keyboard. It didn't come with documentation, but perhaps someone will recognize it and be able to help me.
