Can't Get To Settings

I was going to upgrade to the latest build today on my Lumia 928 and every time I click on settings, it goes back to start screen...I rebooted, hard reset, nothing...I can't factory reset because, well, I can't get into settings.

Suggestions?

What build are you on? if you're on 10080 then you should revert back to wp8.1 by using the windows phone recovery tool. The settings on 8.1 never crashed on me, but if you are on 8.1 currently, then the best thing I can recommend is to do another hard reset, but without restoring any backups (might help)

Stand by.. there is a hardware way to reset a 928.. i had to do it to mine when i tried to go to the previous build a month ago or whatever... let me find it... I'll update this post.
