Can't install an application.

I can't download an application, it says that it's already installed! any help? I'm using Lumia 640 XL.

so check your aps list to see if it is there. If yes, try to open it. If it can't open try to uninstall and then install again

i checked the app list and i couldn't find it; i also looked for it the storage sense but couldn't find it

you can either try a restart of your phone or try again while sd card is removed
