Can't install Win10 on Lumia 920

I suppose that I am late, but I'd like to upgrade my 920 to Win10 now. I have installed Windows insider and which ever option I choose, nothing happens- there are no updates available. Is it too late or I am doing something wrong? Thanks in advance

Unfortunately it is. The 920 can no longer receive updates

Not literally, but for the most part yes. There are hacks but they take a lot of reading, downloading and preparation. And if everything goes perfectly, there may be serious problems either then or farther down the road.

So almost literally, there is nothing you can do.

You shouldn't do it anyway, it will not work as good as W8.1 on L920.

If you wish to use W10M you can buy cheap but great Lumia 640/640XL which are officially supported.

I also had a Lumia 920 running on win10 build 10586. However, the stuttering is true and slows the phone down a lot. I just left it as my back-up phone. My main device is a Lumia 1520 and it runs win10 perfectly.
My advice is to either by the Lumia 650 as it is very professional and runs win10 right out the box. You can now buy it for under $100 which is basically a bargain. Win10 runs really smoothly as well.
