"Security policies on this computer are set to show info about the last interactive sign-in, but Windows couldn't retrieve that info. Contact your network administrator for help."

Any ideas?

safe mode > control panel > administrative tools > computer management > local users and groups > users > click on your account > check if account is disabled.. it shouldn't be

right-clicking my computer/this pc and selecting manage will also get you to where you need to be..

Not sure if it will work, but that's where I would check first. Keep us updated.

Fantastic, thank you.

I logged into Safe Mode and used the Group Policy editor to change "Display information about previous logons during user logon" from Not Configured to Disabled.

I also ran 'gpupdate /force' in CMD.

Not sure which one worked but it's sorted now.
