Can't make Skype call with Cortana

In the video posted earlier, it showed them making a Skype call using Cortana, but I can't do it myself. Are they maybe running an updated build of Skype?

Try it with simple words first, I fought I got it working that way: ''Skype call name'' see if that works, I found that Cortland works a lot better if you start with the app you want to use
