Can't play 920 videos on the 1020.

Hope someone can help. I just got the 1020 as an upg from the 920. I can access the 920 camera roll via sky drive but none of the videos I took with the 920 are playing on the 1020.

The error message is " Sorry, we can't play this file on your phone." Close

Why not I say? Help!

Very strange... I also get the same message trying to play a 925 video on a 520

That one from Vadim Piel:

There might be a conflict between your cloud collection and the videos on the phone, could you go to Music, settings, and switch off the cloud sync.
Restart the phone and see if the videos work.
