"Cant post to Facebook"

This has been happening all afternoon when using the people hub. It's not my provider, net is fine, tried a restart, still not happening.

I'm starting to wonder what happened to this "Windows Phone is reliable" ****e that people spout...

It wont do it on the app either... strange, for all its faults, I never had this crap on my WINDOWS MOBILE TP2!!

I don't really use facebook much (rarely to be honest), but from other post about facebook problems it normally turns out to be a permission issue on the facebook end.

Well I've never changed anything, just tried from the TP2 and it went through fine. Very strange.

As much as I'd like to say it is though, there is simply no way in **** that Windows Phone (well the build on the 710 at least) is as reliable as Windows Mobile was, and it's missing a few little things in the user-experience that were present in WinMo. Microsoft really need to sort it out, and fast. I never experienced a single issue with WinMo so long as I was using the 6.1 build (it was a different story when I was running the 6.5 and 6.5.5 BETA of course - don't think the TP2's hardware, even overclocked to 740Mhz, was up to the job really).

Just checked on the Facebook side of things, Windows Phone (and even the ald HTC Sense) is authorised to interact with my account. So no issues there...

Just crappy Windows Phone, failing again I guess!!

Tried on wifi, no go either. So essentially, I'm at the point where I'm going to have revert to factory settings (IE. lose everything on my phone, apps, settings, ringtones, messages, emails etc...) just because Microsoft can't build anything reliably. The more Microsoft products I use/buy, the more I see why people keep going for Apple devices!!
