xCloud wait times are a joke...

I know Persona 3 Reload is a big launch, and Pal World has been too... but this is absurd and a joke. I don't currently have an xbox around, or a gaming PC, so this is the only way I can experience the game. I have a year left of this service but I won't be continuing if this is what wait times look like during peak periods... What the heck happened to xbox being a service all forms of users can enjoy?

EDIT: Three days in a row now of 30+ minute waits in the evening. Not a server issue at that point, it's a serious capacity issue. learly people are using the cloud service since Xbox began offering a few games people wanted. So it does matter to folks that it works. This is massively unacceptable if they plan to keep people invested

It is crazy how long the wait times are in some regions. Its quite good where I am in Germany, since there's an abundance of data centers, but demand certainly isn't meeting supply in some areas.
