Cant record phone calls after voice recorder Update

Can anyone else record phone calls? Button disappeared after app Update and can't select an option under settings, it's grayed out

try a soft reset and check if it's no longer greyed out. Also, which build are you on?

Latest insider build. And trust me, I've done many soft resets.

that could be the problem right there - being on the latest insider build
