Can't Remember my Skydrive Email- How can I find it using my phone?!?!

My old phone broke, but I can still use it (barely). I'm trying to get apps and synch stuff on my new phone, but I CANNOT REMEMBER MY EMAIL!?

Any way to get it from the old phone? Or am I doomed?

Settings, email-account. Then look under "Microsoft account" will show your username, which will be your email address.
