Can't remember....

So a few years ago, I dumped my iPhone 4 and came back to WP (was formerly a windows mobile user too).

I vaguely recall the wow factor coming from Apple to Windows and was very happy with the change.

But as I now consider switching to iPhone 6 plus, I Can't Remember that much about iOS and why WP was so refreshing...any apple pros here that can help me remember why WP is so much better and what are the downsides of iOS? I want to stay w a future cityman on W10, but I need to remember why we are better than apple.
