Can't retrieve my password for one drive what do I do?

I am unable to sign onto one drive. I have used the password I thought it was but that does not work. I have tried to use the password retrieval and that says it is not working.

Password retrieval? Did you try the "forgot password" option? just head over to outlook.com and select "can't access account"
