Can't save pictures or take screenshots

I cannot take screenshots or save pictures on my lumia 1520, its been like that for around a month - is anyone else having the problem? Is it windows 10? I think it might be to do with the fact File Explorer isn't working properly. Cheers in advance!

What Windows 10 Mobile OS version are you running in your Lumia 1520?

Do you have it set to save them to a SD card? If so, has the SD card failed?

No Mike, I had to remove my SD long ago because it didn't work! I've also realised now OneDrive cannot upload or download files - so the problem doesn't seem to be local on my phone? Even when I try to save a picture from Edge directly to the cloud. I've been a WP user for years, but this is seriously driving me away - huge consistent problems!

check internet apn settings, background allowed apps, onedrive settings, Microsoft account settings. Check if there are some core app updates pending in store.

Last chanche, hard reset. On mine everything works well
