Can't search on mobile data

Hello, I recently got a Lumia 900.

My wireless carrier is called H20 wireless.

I can use data fine on applications when I don't have WiFi, but when I type into Bing or internet explorer it says check connection to WiFi or cellular data. I found out that it does take me to the web page if i click a link but not if it's directly into IE.

Search and IE work when I'm connected to WiFi

I'm using the Network Setup app as data won't work with just APN in the cellular setting. I've tried adding the APN in the cellular settings, no success.

Is there a way to fix this?
