in my opinion you should perform another hard reset. there are glitches that may arise after a hard reset i have faced a few myself and another hard reset is required.
Doesn't work. Have spent the past 1.5 days doing hard resets. The B2X support for Microsoft Devices are useful as the ones in the Microsoft forums as well. They didn't even know about the bug that stops you restoring an Anniversary backup on a non-anniversary build.
After being told to chase my password (and it still not working) I'm seriously thinking about just moving to iPhone.
