Can't send MMS messages

Hello all,
apologies if this has already been posted/fixed somewhere, but I'm not currently able to send MMS messages on my HTC 8XT. When I attach the photo to a message, I get an error message: 225.

Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, how do I fix it? I browsed other forums that suggested downloading the Connection Setup application, but I get a different error with that app: "No database available on device."
