Cant sync anything!!!

When I plug my phone into the computer, zune says that my phone has no response, and the code 'C00D124D' appears. I followed the instructions on the website

and keep restarting my phone, and even reinstall zune. But it still isnt working. How can I fix this? Thx a lotttt!!!

What version of Windows are you running?

Goto device manager and uninstall the 710, reboot and plugin the phone. It will reinstall again and should work there on.

tried that for many times, still not working
but it works for my laptop
