Error code when uninstalling

Hello, I came here for help because even Microsoft support can't helping me...

I've some errors when I want to uninstall an app (Megapolis)

I explain :

When I go to Storage, app, I touch the game and choose uninstall, and there is an error code 0x8000000e.

In the windows store, I can reinstall the game, but here is another error code 0x80073D03.

The app in the list hasn't logo anymore only a green square.

I have screen if you want but my phone is in French.

The Microsoft support tell me to go to a website b2x support but I must pay 9.99€

Please help me, I absolutely can't do a reset, I have some applications that can't have back up.

Hi, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you are likely going to have to reset your phone.
The only other things I can think of are,
1. try are a soft reset (you may already have tried this)
2. possibly if there are any Windows updates available, try updating your phone.
3. Check how much free space is available in you internal memory. Are you trying to install the app on your internal memory or to an SD card? It's possible if you are using an SD card that could be at fault/corrupt.
