Can't Sync My Exchange Account To The Mail App On Windows 10 TP

the mail app refuses to sync my university's account although I added all the details. The app says its for "security reasons"
not sure what that means

The only thing I would think to do is erase this account from your device and setup it up again. Maybe a restart of the device before you set the account up again. I know, sound elementary but sometimes it helps.
