Can't Sync Outlook.com Contacts

Hi,

I'm trying to sync my contacts to my outlook.com account on my Lumia 820 (WP8) but get the error "problem synchronising with col401-m.hotmail.com" with the error code 8600010F.

I've seen similar issues with syncing to gmail, yahoo and exchange, but no solutions to syncing to outlook.com.

Anyone have any advice?

If it were me, I'd delete the account and then add it again.

This is my Microsoft Account, it can't be deleted. At least not from the People hub.
