I have windows 10 on my pc and I'm trying to sync my music to my Alcatel 4s. I keep getting an error message. Can anyone help me figure out how to transfer my music.

Thanks

I do not own a Windows Phone.

I have a few laptops running Windows 10 and an android smartphone.

This is what I did transferring music from my PC to my android phone.
Insert my android phone's sd card into a sd card reader > insert the reader into the PC USB port > copy the music files to the sd card by drag and drop or by Copy/to right click context menu.
It's not high tech, but it works for me.

I wonder if that will work for you too.

Cud u tell us wat was the error message ??

I'd try two things.
1: Remove the SD card if you have one and try connecting again.
2: If you are running Windows, go to the start menu and type "Computer Management". Then go to Disk Management under Storage and see if the phone shows up as a drive connected to the computer. If it does you may have a drive letter conflict. Try right clicking on the phone and select "Change Drive Letter or Path". Change it to something that isn't taken and see if it shows up now.

Is the error cable connection related? If it is, try using a different cable.
You're better off using an SD card reader though as that will always work.
