Can't unlink Skype from Outlook Contacts

Hi guys!

I can't find a way to unlink Skype from Outlook contacts, and this always occurs when I have both people with the same phone number on Skype and Outlook (People Hub). Skype app is installed and my account is kept logged in.

Here's an example:
I have my sister on both my Skype and Outlook (People Hub), same phone number, and filter preferences set only to Outlook. But when I try to send a text message or take a look on the phone calls list, her Skype name always appears. Checked to see if Skype is linked to Outlook profile, but nothing. Doing link and unlink several times doesn't help. Actually it seems like it's not saving whatever I try to do and that's very annoying. Below are some screenshots:

Not sure if this will work, but...

Go to people.live.com, sign in, search for the contact, click on "links" and remove the one under skype?

Does that help? (use a PC)

I haven't found anything Skype-related on my contact, as you said. I also discovered that if I unlink Skype from People once again, only the Messaging Hub still shows the Skype name, but it's still annoying.
