Can't update lumia 920 rm-820

Hello everyone.

I bought the phone and it came with the operating system from AT & T set.
Some phones here in Brazil are already being updated with Cyan update.
So I switched the firmware version of my phone for the carrier Rogers.
I usually update until the black and updating the pre 8.1. Appears a new update available, I download it normally (it is already the windows 8.1), the phone restarts, and the gears appear after completing the progress bar, the phone restarts and the blue screen appears with a sad face.
I tried this with a few more 3 different roms and all do the same thing.
Now he leaves only install global versions of rom, (059R9G3,
059R4W6, 059R4W7, 059R4W8) give other error soon after settled rom and restart the phone.
I'm currently with 059R4W8 rom with the update installed black.

Is there something I can do to solve this problem?

Try the nokia recovery tool as NCS and NSU did not work for me.

I just hope you haven't messed up your LTE radios and it may turn out you may need to go back to the AT & T rom to cyan.

Another alternative would be to use the Cyan rom (directly) for Rogers if they have released it.

Already tried that, but every time it appears there is an update available, this update is installed normally. But after celuar restart it hangs on the screen with a sad face.
Have you tried the Nokia Software Recovery Tool, Nokia Software Update for Retail ...

Well Cyan is now available for AT&T Lumia 920's now and in response to your question - as I said in my initial post, NCS (Nokia Care Suite) & NSU (Nokia Software Update for Retail) did not work for me.

The Nokia recovery tool will only install what the latest build is available commercially for the Rom you flashed, if you haven't placed a ROM in the packages directory.

From reading your second post, I would say you may have damaged the LTE radios by flashing the Italian rom on to your AT&T 920.

The "lta" mean latin america. I even tried installing a ROM of europe (RM-821) in my phone, however I could not.
The phone is operating normally, receive and make calls, connect 3g is ok too.
