cant update my phone after reset

i recently updated my lumia 720 with black update, after a while i did a reset to my phone, but after reset some of the features are gone from my phone. Even in extras and info, it is not showing black update. and in phone update it is showing your phone is up to date.

Try installing lumia app pusher and via that update all the settings apps (one of them would be extras+info).that would probably work.happened to me once.
