I've SBI debit card and I get this error after entering 3D secure passcode.

Cant make app purchase from store.
What to do now?

I don't think debit cards are supported. Anyway you have to verify in your bank that you can use your card to make online purchases. Easiest way would be to fix yourself a paypal account.
