Capacitive button backlight leaking from bottom of phone

Anyone of you guys experiencing light coming out of the bottom of your l830, the part where the glass screen touches the metal frame at the bottom? I suspect its the backlight of the capacitive buttons and the screen is not properly fitted to the aluminum frame? Can this be covered by the warranty repair?

I don't think so. But some photos would be good.

I saw other 830s and they all had this issue. It's not that the screen doesn't fit to the frame. There is just missing a little bit of the black color layer.

It is not even an issue. It is because the glass of 830 is curved and is raised from frame a bit
